Had an amazing stay near Mall of Emirates, friendly staff & clean rooms. LOVED the breakfast for nonarabian poeple! Would choose again. Pool is better in person. Energetic vibes!

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, from reception to security. They were always smiling and even helped us with our luggage when we were leaving. the location was excellent, just a short walk to the Mall of the Emirates and the MoE Metro Station. Many restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance, making it convenient for dining out.

One thing that could be improved is the variety of breakfast options. While the location was great for dining out, the hotel's breakfast offerings were not as impressive.

The friendly staff, especially Prashant and Laxmi, were super helpful, and the room was spacious and tidy, making our short stay enjoyable. 🌟 Although the breakfast was tasty, a bit more coffee variety would have been nice to have. As for the relaxation options, the spa and outdoor pool were wonderful, providing a perfect way to unwind after a busy day roaming around the city without feeling rushed or overcrowded. a lovely experience with just a hint of room for improvement.

I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary suite upgrade and exceptional service at Flora Al Barsha Hotel at The Mall. The location near Mall of the Emirates and metro stations was convenient. The spacious, comfortable rooms and friendly staff, like Ashish and Vishnu, stood out. The rooftop jacuzzi and swimming pool were relaxing, and the nearby landmarks, including Burj Al Arab and Ripe Market, added to family bonding. My son and I enjoyed the spa facilities and exploring the area, making our stay memorable.

However, the lack of outside food warming facilities and the absence of a washing machine in the room for long stays were minor drawbacks that could be improved in the future.

Dive into a treasure trove of local nosh spots like Olea, Santino's, and Asha's just a hop, skip, and jump away. The Flora Al Barsha hotel was an excellent choice for my stay in Dubai. The spacious room with a view of the Emirates Mall was absolutely stunning. The hotel's commitment to environmental responsibility and the world-class facilities, including the state-of-the-art Fitness Center and Health Club, truly impressed me. Special thanks to Mr. Ajay and Rianaa for their exceptional service.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was that the room was smelling bad due to the exhaust being off. However, this didn't significantly impact my overall experience at the hotel.

The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with huge, cozy beds and a modern, fully equipped bathroom. I felt like I was staying in a luxurious yet super welcoming space, perfect for a family getaway like ours.

I personally found the shower cubicle a bit small, but I know others might not mind it.
